What a life. To be a dog for a day....no worries or cares, just going from one sniff to another. Sleeping all day, getting up for a drink of water or nibble of food. And all you have to give is your unconditional love for those around you. You love them no matter what!! And new people, oh my!!! You are never afraid to meet new people. In fact, you want to kiss them and become instant friends. No matter what your family looks like or even smells like, you love them with all your heart. You'd give your life for your family too, you'd protect them with all you have in you. Wow, when I put it that way, we could learn a lot from a dog.....

ReplyDeleteI agree about dogs loving us. They add lots of pleasure to our lives and sometimes a little less. I also love cats and wouldn't mind having another one, but that will take some thought.

Dogs are the best! I love love LOVE my doggies! They are so dang precious. They make you feel adored just for existing. I can not think of anyone or anything that is better for a person than a dog. (Except for maybe a horse!) Chris
